Tri County is great! You can tell they really love all of the animals in their shelter. They care for them amazingly and help socialize them responsibly. They make it hard to adopt -- which is a good thing! They want to make sure every single one of their adoptions goes to the right owner, someone who will take care of the animal for the rest of their lives! They're also a No-Kill shelter and take on a tremendous amount of responsibility for each little soul they keep for their lives. The animals seem happy and truly cared for.
