As a breast cancer thriver I have found much needed support from the Strength for Life program. I have attended the overnight retreat and enjoyed learning from others with similar stories. The empowerment group is another great opportunity for support and guidance. Even with good health on my side I need help strengthening my emotional coping skills. The group is a truly awesome "self care" experience for me!
