I am a proud supporter of Free2Luv and the life-saving work they do in communities across the country. They provide safe havens for youth to express themselves freely and offer invaluable mentorship, support, and tools to help improve youth's mental health and overall well-being. As a long-time educator, I know how important it is for youth to feel seen and heard and cherished, and it warms my heart to know there are organizations like Free2Luv providing this important and life-changing service. As a long-time supporter and fan of Free2Luv, I really can't say enough wonderful things about this dynamic and passionate team. they are truly changing and saving lives through their empowerment and mental health programming. What is most heartwarming to me is that they provide these services to teens who need it most - underserved youth - who often don't have access to mental health support or arts education. It's so beautiful to know that Free2Luv is providing them with safe outlets to express themselves creatively. Something every human needs access to. I am a long-time supporter and big fan of Free2Luv and everything they stand for. It is essential and noble work to care for our youth's mental health and well-being. Throughout the pandemic, I have been so inspired by Free2Luv's continued commitment to enhancing and supporting youth's mental health. Their latest project, Express It, is a fantastic and amazing resource for educators and students alike. Actually, this activity book will help all of us express our emotions and creatively express ourselves during a time in our lives that is filled with anxiety and fear. I have purchased Express It books for many people in my life as well as sponsored books for youth currently struggling. It warms my heart to know that organizations like Free2Luv are doing such life-enhancing work!

As a life-long educator, I am a huge advocate of social-emotional learning and making sure we are addressing the 'whole' child. Free2Luv's programs combine art and music with social-emotional learning in a very unique way that I have never seen before. They show a strong link between the arts and our youth's mental health. All of their programming supports the most vital parts of our youth's learning and well-being far beyond the classroom and into life. I especially like how they focus their work in under-resourced areas where schools have more limited access. I am proud to be a Free2Luv donor knowing that my gift is providing other educators access to this innovative and truly life-changing programming. My dream is for Free2Luv's programs to be in every school!

If you're looking to support a charity that celebrates individuality and empowers youth to be their best version of themselves, then I highly recommend Free2Luv. I work with the LBGTQ community and since finding Free2Luv, I've had the opportunity to host Free2Luv Free2BeME workshops for our youth and the program has had a profound impact on many lives. By providing a safe space for youth to emote, they are able to get in touch with their feelings on a deep level. The workshops opened the doors to intense conversations and helped us provide some much-needed intervention. Truly lifesaving. I cannot thank Free2Luv enough for offering programming that really speaks to today's youth.

In light of the current political climate and unfortunate marginalization of so many, I have been in search of an organization to give to that supports the LGBTQ community. As a strong ally of LGBT youth, I did extensive research and was so happy to discover Free2Luv. This group of extremely caring individuals offer a safe haven of love and acceptance and remind me that there is a lot of good in the world in the midst of darkness.
