My Nonprofit Reviews
Review for Foundation for His Ministry, San Clemente, CA, USA
I have had the privilege of traveling to Vicente Guerrero and working as a volunteer at the Foundation for His Ministry. I am very involved in international missions, and can honestly say that it is the best run mission ever! There is absolutely NO waste - not a scrap of food is ever thrown out - and the number one concern is the children that live at the mission, as well as the community that surrounds them. I have had several opportunities to run fundraisers for various projects at the mission and can think of no better organization to donate to as they are financially and fiscally responsible and accountable with their finances. I have full trust that all donations are used wisely and for the good of the children at all times. The mission has begun many programs that help to sustain not only those that live there, but the community as well. It is truly my honor and privilege to be connected to FFHM and those who work tirelessly for the good of others.
Review for Threads of Hope Africa, Inc., Costa Mesa, CA, USA
I have been to South AFrica four times with Threads of AFrica and will be joining them again this summer to work in a township called Kayamandi. To see the changes and progress over the years is remarkable, and I would challenge anyone with a desire to serve to join a Threads team. I have learned so much about other cultures and customs, how people live, and what values really are important in life by being a part of Threads of Africa.
