I cannot recommend volunteering at this organization. They have over two million dollars in assets at the end of the tax year. This is not a non-profit, although they qualify as such, but a wealthy organization that benefits from the many volunteers who give freely of their time to help the poor. They spend hundreds of thousands of dollars to promote the mission using professional ad agencies. With their assets, they could do more.
