WIN is responsible for my success in my workplace today. As a young adult I was employed with WIN. I learned powerful and successful tools of engagement when working with youth and families. I learned how to express the value of my relationships with others in a healthy manner and in turn shared the same insight and skills with those children I worked with. Being non judgmental and showing agape love with redirection is probably my saving grace today! The work, takes work, but it works! I will forever love my WIN FAMILY
