Ceres for years has been a leading voice and force in (1) contributing to raising the level and bar on serious discussion and debate on the causes and consequences of climate change and their relationship to institutional -commercial/industrial, residential, government, etc.- practices, particularly with regard to the production and use of energy and resources in general; and (2) mobilizing interested parties in business, finance/investment to speak out collectively and act in the local, national and international arenas
