My whole family have taken various classes. My children took the Children's Basic and when old enough my son took the Men's Basic with my husband.
I took the Women's Basic and it really helped me deal with situations over the years, I will take it again with my daughter when she is old enough and before dating...
My son really benefited from the classes while going to Middle School and in High school where he, as the very tall/big kid have been attacked, but was able to get out of each and every situation with his head high. Each time the school officials commented how well he handled the situations. (One kid was expelled from the school because of the attack and the police report my son filed.)
