LEAP is transformative. This program takes a holistic approach to education and leadership - birthing young leaders by not only giving them essential tools to achieve success (the importance of mentors, networking, communication skills, developing core values, among other things), but also by connecting them with a network of positive minded, forward thinking, entrepreneurial, successful world leaders. It is extremely unique. I have personally seen hundreds of young people, year after year, bloom - they take ownership of who they are, seizing their full potential. Students leave LEAP with a joyful spirit and the ability to conquer their goals.
