My Nonprofit Reviews
Review for French Bulldog Rescue Network a Nonprofit Corporation, Glen Allen, VA, USA
This a story about a little 2 yr old spina bifida pied princess frenchie we had the honour of adopting form FBRN 5 yrs ago. Chaya had a significant spinal curve and required diapers. She walked for most of her 7yrs, till her last months, while battling a protein losing disease that wasted her muscles. Through out everything, her love of live, spirit and joy was contagious. I fell in love with Chaya watching the videos that were posted of her...I would burst out laughing with joy ..my husband would come and sit and watch and we fell totally in love with her. Totally utterly in love. We were so fortunate to be chosen to be Chaya's companions. She made our live's fuller and richer and a hell of a lot more fun with her diva can do attitude and a smile that stretched from ear to ear.
FBRN saves lives, many would have put Chaya down without a second thought. FBRN saved her life and many many others. I volunteered with them before adopting Chaya and continue to do so now. It is a small way of trying to help and give back to this great organization.
