NTBHR is a wonderful non-profit organization that I proudly support. I have adopted from NTBHR and the process is very thorough. They are all volunteers that are honest and hard working. If your looking for a Basset Hound from the BEST, you need to email/contact NTBHR. The rating scale isn't big enough for NTBHR. Best nonprofit, hands down!
