Review for United States Corps Of Chaplains, Clanton, AL, USA

Rating: 5 stars

I was without work or support of any kind, living where I could. I encountered a member of the USCOC who counseled me spiritually and offered assistance. USCOC members told me about things I was entitled to and helped me contact the right offices - VA, Red Cross, American Legion. I was even given transportation to appointments free of charge by USCOC Chaplains. The members I encountered helped me every step of the way to build a better life.

I've personally experienced the results of this organization in...

counseling, direct assistance, food and clothing, travel...

What I've enjoyed the most about my experience with this nonprofit is...

there was no pressure to join or believe certain things to get help. I was treated like family. There are no forms to fill out or lengthy waits for help.

The kinds of staff and volunteers that I met were...

Chaplains and helpers.

If this organization had 10 million bucks, it could...

do a lot more good for others than groups with much larger staffs and more money ever could. The members spend whatever money they already have to help others, with no charge or anything asked in return.

How frequently have you been involved with the organization?

About every month

When was your last experience with this nonprofit?
