I first became aware of The Dragonfly Foundation several years ago when my daughter became a volunteer. She always lived and breathed"comfort and joy" to sick children and their families. Now here was a place she could put her passion to good use! She always came home from The Landing full of admiration for the work they do. They must have seen into her soul because they offered her an employee position. She has never looked back! The job of her dreams! Helping children, helping young adults, helping their families- doing the little things that makes them feel almost normal. Gift paks delivered to the hospital, tickets to local events, a place to just hang out at The Landing, even food for their homes, just whatever it takes! Hats off to the founders, hats off to the employees and many, many volunteers of Dragonfly! A wonderful organization who makes a huge difference in so many lives!
