The volunteers are extremely compassionate and selfless. As soon as you set foot in the compound you'll instantly be able to tell how incredibly well looked-after the entire place is, from the amazing Heidi working as the administrator non-stop all the time down to every single volunteer and intern pouring so much energy and love into every minute they spend caring for the animals at CARE. The animals are happy and loved, the volunteers are very well educated, helpful, and enthusiastic, and the area is well taken care of. As well as all the manual labor, the work CARE does as researchers too is amazing and deserves recognition and full support. The reasons to help this facility at any opportunity you can are endless.
