Review for Rainforest Partnership, Austin, TX, USA
As an intern and volunteer at Rainforest Partnership, I helped us stay up to date on international forestry policy. I also assisted in the planning and implementation of outreach events. Being involved with Rainforest Partnership is a breath of fresh air in the world of environmental NGOs. The staff and volunteers at this organization and really passionate about environmental issues, and the projects Rainforest Partnership undergoes are well-constructed and truly designed to meet particular goals. Rainforest Partnership cares about the communities it works with and protecting the rainforest.

I've personally experienced the results of this organization in...
talking with the staff about the communities RP has partnered with. Hearing their first-hand experiences.
If I had to make changes to this organization, I would...
hire a director of development.
What I've enjoyed the most about my experience with this nonprofit is...
realizing that there are ways to combat climate change, and that small steps count.
The kinds of staff and volunteers that I met were...
passionate, humble, and extremely hard-working.
If this organization had 10 million bucks, it could...
Partner with thousands of communities in the Amazon and in other rainforests around the world to help grow their economies and conserve forests.
Ways to make it better...
we had more time to do what we want to do.
In my opinion, the biggest challenges facing this organization are...
lack of funds.
