i really have to say that I'm really thankful for this experience and the great volunteers that made this possible for us, this was something that i always wanted to do but i was afraid i could experience a panic attack since i suffer from anxiety, it was a little uncomfortable at beginning but then i started to feel more comfortable breathing under water and then i was calmed and i could control my breathing , i felt i was taking more clean deep breaths under water than on the ground, this is gave me more confidence to overcome and control my anxiety and panic attacks and it's also going to help to tolerate my sleep apnea mask at night.
