This non profit provides food to 800 plus food insure children in Putnam County Fl . Without these volunteers teachers at over 12 schools including high schools would not get food sent home to children each weekend . This is a volunteer based nonprofit with all funding going to buy food .Thru food drives and local community support the mission of FTN to send food home each weekend is met.

Waste Not Want Not is a Food rescues dream .The team of volunteers work 7 days a week to recycle food to supply food banks, backpack programs , church’s and many other programs thru out Jax Clay and Putnam . Thank you for all you do

Feed The Need works to supply food to over 850 children weekly in Putnam County , being a 501c non profit with all our volunteers being non paid 100% of donations goes into supply food to children follow us on FB

AS the new director of FTN and supporter of this program for 4 years , the need of food in our food insure community is great .Palatka has been supportive by acknowledging that we have children in such need . FTN focus is to supply Volunteers and Teachers with food from community support thru donations , civic organizations and fundraisers . FTN volunteers are able to meet the need to fill bags each week with food and supply the teachers with food . That is a blessing for the children that go hungry each week in Putnam County.

Dean and Sheri Porter live to help organizations like Feed The Need Of Putnam County meet their goals of feeding children each week . FTN has had 2 / 48,000 meal events this past year and I could not ask for a organization go above and beyond to bring a more fun, uplifting event to our community to help end hunger here.Thank you and your staff for what you do everyday may God Continue to bless others thru your Hunger Fight organization Denise Bramlitt
