I may no longer be on the board, but I genuinely enjoy volunteering for the VFVF. They always go above and beyond to help our veterans community. The foundation just hosted a fundraiser called the Military Honor Comedy Show, which was a huge success. The purpose of this show was mainly to get low-income veterans to attend an event and enjoy a night out. But we were still able to raise over $3000

It is been my honor to be with this group since the beginning and to see how far they've come I don't believe that there is a group that does what they do on a daily basis to help our veterans with everyday needs

I have watched the Veterans Car Show grow into this great foundation. We help provide this assistance to those who are in transition to civilian life and awaiting VA benefits. The Volunteers for Veterans Foundation provides support to the VA Loma Linda Healthcare System, through the Voluntary Service Dept. All funds donated are used to help our Veterans and active Military in some way. The government is providing first-class medical care for our wounded soldiers, but it will never be able to provide all of what they deserve and so many services desperately needed by their families. The Volunteers for Veterans Foundation is run by all volunteers. We could not do all that we do without the help of everyone that supports our foundation, and we want to say thank you.

It has not only been a rewarding day but also a busy day received a call today from a veteran that we had given a car to in the past. She called today as her electricity had been turned off and she just brought her new baby home from the hospital, I was able to go online and get the electricity paid and it turned back on today so for her family and for us this has been a good day.

Is a great group, they supply veterans with household furnishings that are donated to them.

The best part are the volunteers Most of them are veterans themselves, so they can relate to the veterans on a person level.
