My experience with LWR is as a quilter. We winter in Florida and on a January Sunday I entered Holy Trinity LC in Port Charlotte and was taken away by the quilts displayed on the pews. There were over 300. I found myself wondering if our church in NJ would be interested in making quilts. As it turned out we were able to round up volunteers willing to put these quilts together. We are so proud and full of joy to be able to work with this wonderful organization. The quilts go all over the world and give comfort to those less fortunate and in need. I'm so proud of the work they do at LWR and even more proud to be a volunteer knowing that someone I don't know can wrap themselves in a quilt and feel warmth and love. "God's Work, Our Hands".
