WIN Family Services is a unique organization whose acronym surpasses its generalized meaning. WIN (What I Need) goes beyond basic needs by exemplifying Core Principals (Godliness, Excellence, Teamwork and Service) and utilitizing the Family Strengthening Model. This combination encompasses each youth, foster parent, employee and partners in the community with the same level of care, commitment, consistency and compassion. As a current employee with WIN, I am honored to work alongside collegues, leaders and a CEO that truly defies what a typical organization looks like. Mr. AL Laws, CEO always greets you with a friendly smile, and personally welcomes you to share any current challenges or innovative ideas on a regular basis.
