I'm proud to say that my story with the Anixter Center truly spans my entire lifetime! My family has been a recipient of Anixter's services through the Chicago Hearing Society for decades. When I had the opportunity to give back to the Anixter Center through volunteering, I jumped at the chance! Since the center offers such a variety of services to people, it also offers a variety of opportunities to volunteer and directly impact the lives of the clients. This place is truly the definition of community, where clients and volunteers can work together in an inclusive and enabling environment to positively contribute to each others' lives, and the community at large!
