Review for Pandas International, Littleton, CO, USA

Rating: 5 stars

In 2008 I had three wonderful weeks in China, volunteering with pandas. Whilst I was there there was a "Hug my baby" dinner where I learnt what you could adopt a panda. When I came back I started donating a small amount each month Pandas International. On August 14th 2010 one on the pandas, I looked after gave birth to a son. The next day I emailed PI and they sorted out my adoption of him. I nicknamed him An Di and he was soon given the official name Qing Shan. I got lots of photos and reports on his progress, unfortunately, I wasn't able to go to any of the "Hug my baby" but in 2013 I did. I got to meet some of the wonderful members of Pandas International and spent a week looking at and talking about pandas. Once "Hug my baby" was over I then travelled on to Nan Jing Were Qing Shan was staying and I got to spend a few days with him, PI organised with the keepers at the zoo so that I could spend the entire weekend with him. I have visited him quite a few times now. I am very grateful to the wonderful people of PI for their support of the giant pandas and helping to make my time visiting my adopted son so very special.

I have been a donor to PI since 2008, and have since adopted 2 pandas One in 2010 and the other at the end of last year.

I have been to "Hug my baby" twice and met with Suzanna and other members of her team. They were always helpful, fun and passionate about pandas. The officials from CCRCGP were highly appreciative of what Pandas International did for them.

I'm proud to be an adopter and donor with Pandas International.
