These people really care! Their animals are happier than the pets you see at other shelters. They take more pains to ensure the animals in their care are well cared-for, and try their very best to help dogs and cats through a difficult time in their lives. I can't praise them highly enough and I've had a lot of experience with shelters. They also try very hard to help people who are also at a difficult point in their lives, where they have to give up their beloved pets ..... very compassionate and caring. Can't say enough positive about them! I decided to volunteer here because I am so impressed with the work they do.

These people are kind, caring, and keeping the best interests of the animals in mind at all times. I helped a friend adopt a cat from them, and was so impressed by the conditions at the rescue site, the care and consideration for both pets and humans, and the overall experience. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a pet. Their dedication to helping animals whose owners have died or who can no longer keep them is a wonderful thing.
