Review for The Utica Center For Development, Utica, NY, USA
worst place every, employees know nothing and everybody in this organization has an attitude if you ask them for help and it seems like they are only enjoying the non profit status and do nothing for the Veterans and community. Plus the building is not safe for any type of business. Where is OSHA when you need them?

Close the organization down obviously they don't help no one. From the case workers to the head of the organization they are crooks.
