I recently led a tree planting with Canopy at the Willow Oaks Elementary school which has a largely Spanish speaking student body – it was inspiring to see these kids getting their hands dirty, fighting climate change and improving the air and environment around their school by planting the trees that will be there for decades (some of the trees we planted can easily live over 100 years). We got my employer and a local law firm to donate to this effort, too.
