Inland Valley Symphony is a great way for musical expression. It is a community group with levels of all ages and levels. With our new Conductor, and the help of the wonderful musicians in the group, we hold 4 concert series per year. We hope to encourage more participation, and have more funding to hold our concerts in great venues, and hire amazing soloists. The community is well represented, and I am happy to be a part of the orchestra.

I've personally experienced the results of this organization in...

Every concert I've ever played

If I had to make changes to this organization, I would...

Pay the musicians.

What I've enjoyed the most about my experience with this nonprofit is...

Making music with great friends.

The kinds of staff and volunteers that I met were...

Mostly adults.

If this organization had 10 million bucks, it could...

Pay the musicians, perform more frequently at acclaimed venues, and purchase the necessary advertising to encourage audience members to come.

Ways to make it better...

I could get paid for my fluting time... =)

In my opinion, the biggest challenges facing this organization are...

One thing I'd also say is that...

I love being a part of this, but because I am a full time flute teacher, and this orchestra meets during peak hours when I could be teaching, I loose income to do this. I happily do so, but would love to get funding so that I am not loosing $.

How frequently have you been involved with the organization?

About every week

When was your last experience with this nonprofit?
