My grandparents went to Melabev twice a week for 5 years. At first, my grandfather was hesitant to join a group where his old age would be emphasized. His first time going changed his whole perspective. The outpuring of love and dedication from the staff and their contagious excitement turned him around completely. After that, my grandparents couldn't wait until Sundays and Tuesdays came along and there was nothing important enough that could happen to get them to cancel. I myself was priveleged enough to attend Melabev a few times. Besides the variation of activities and the love and excitement of the staff, I was completely taken with the happiness that radiated from my grandparents while they were there. I say "Thank you Melabev for your wonderful program which infuses life, fun and friendship into those who feel like they may be forgotten."
