My Nonprofit Reviews
Review for Sense International India, Ahmedabad India, , India
Junior Administrator - Centre and Community Based Vision Rehabilitation Programmes in L.V. Prasad Eye Institute, Hyderabad from 1995 - 2000 Consultant & trainer in Venku Services for the Visually impaired, Chennai -2001 to 2004 Consultant - Vision Rehabilitation in Frontline Eye Hospital in Chennai from 2004 - till date.
What I've enjoyed the most about my experience with this nonprofit is...
training the students of D.Ed.S.E and also training the master trainers and senior professionals in the area of vision rehabilitation.
The kinds of staff and volunteers that I met were...
very kind, always wearing a smile. They were helpful and diplomatic. Sound in their professional and technical skills.
If this organization had 10 million bucks, it could...
have Sense International Training units for both teachers and children with Multi-Sensory Impairment in every state and districts of India where we can avail the entire range of rehabilitation service under one roof.
Ways to make it better...
I carry out any research work with the children from Multi-senory background.
One thing I'd also say is that...
Sense is doing a wonderful service. It can also take up some studies about the quality of training provided to the children which could be an added milestone to the organisation to reach the height.
