My Nonprofit Reviews
Review for Cornerstone Deliverance & Developmt Ministries For Christ Inc, Ft Lauderdale, FL, USA
This is not a legitimate corporation. The registered agent in which he is the agent for several fictitious organizations and is receiving massive funding for personal gain including his and his family's salary. He is one of the biggest scam artist I have ever encountered. He also has family members for his Board of Directors one including his spouse using her maiden name. Andrew Jones is pretending to use these nonprofits for the rehabilitation and assistance of low income, dysfunctional etc and implements fraudulent measures with innocent and hard working individuals. His latest scam was to inform me that he had funding granted for a rehabilitative program and he wanted to purchase the landscaping equipment, gave him a low price due to his plead that it was for the positive transition for the community. He said he was a pastor, business owner, pillar of the community etc, thief of the community is more like it. He stole the expensive equipment and he fraudulently took a landscaping trailer and fraudulently titled it in one of his organization/corporation's name, which is the one above, Cornerstone Deliverance. This is a scam I unfortunately experienced; as he ran out on a judgment and is in possession of stolen property. I had first hand witness to this. I took him to court and he claims he does not get a salary from any of these organizations, when he is the grant writer and is taking advantage of the 60/40 rule and creating jobs, he and his family members hold to take money that could be truly implemented for the good of society. It is sad for him to get this funding and not implementing for the betterment of society. He is using one site (address) with several corporation names to receive funding for his own gain and the place is a dump, poor recipients.
