They helped more people than I ever imagined. When I toured the facility I was impressed with how organized everything was from the freezers to the details that are taken during client interviews. I personally saw the real care the receptionist and interviewer and director took with each client. All treated with respect and as unique individuals in unique predicaments. They do not see this as a cookie cutter operation where a client is a number, but as a way to come alongside families each in unique situations and give them the hand up that they need to press on.
