Review for Smile Train, Inc., New York, NY, USA
They put our organization through a laborious application process for a $5,000 grant and then, two months later, decided that they did not want to fund any such programs. A more professional organization would have made this operational decision before the grant deadline or would have honored those that applied and then eliminated the program in the next cycle.
