ICDA is great Organization working in my area, for women children and poor youth having no income.
It provides support to all shorts of needy people among the society. It regularly adopt a new techo for education development.

Basically this organisation takes care of people belonging to below poverty line. 160 no. of +2 pass women/ girls of below poverty line were brought to this organisation for computer training. Most of them have lost faith in themselves nor they had any hope for their future. After undergoing 1yr computer training 145 no. of them got placement in formal and non-formal sector. Now, they are experiencing different life and feeling content. Like wise, 386 no. of child labou were withdrawn from work places. They were provided with non-formal/vocational education at the-is organisation child labour school. There is also provision for nutrition and health for the child labour students in this school. Mothers of child labour forum has been formed to spearhead movement against the employment of children. As of now, 250 no. of child labour were mainstreamed into Govt. schools.
Besides, this organisation has been organising public hearing on safe motherhood to create awareness in public and make the mothers aware of their entitlements.
Public Hearing on NREGA has been organised under right to food . the Medias, Govt. officials and the beneficiaries were together for single window solution of grievances.

I have personally monitored various programmes of this organisation and have seen producing visible result.

If I had to make changes to this organization, I would...

i strongly urge people to support this organisation because it works on those issues, which are fundamental to ones life.

Role:  Board Member & Being the board member I have seen underprivileged got back their right to live with dignity.
