My Nonprofit Reviews
Review for The Good People Fund, Millburn, NJ, USA
The heart and wisdom that GPF, run by Naomi Eisenberger bring great meaning to the concept of Tikkun Olam. Their ability to identify and respond quickly to the needs of "the little people" is remarkable. Birthday Angels has on many ocassion received organizational counceling as well as quick relief that have enabled us to service our community better. I have often turned to them for advice which has proven helpful and they have brought our message as well as the message of scores of other Tikkun Olam projects to the ears, hearts and pockets of concerned Jews around the world. They are the Horton who hears the voices of the tiny Whos which are not heard in the areas of children, health, the aged the sick and environment. They promote many small organizations and outreach to communities of support which these organizations could never do on their own. Their place on the scene of doing real tzedakah work is essential for organizations like ours who work directly and tirelessly to answer the pressing needs of real people.
