Review for Humane Society Of Branch County, Quincy, MI, USA
This is a no-kill shelter. I am a volunteer and I walk dogs and spend time playing with the dogs. I also try to help these animals to find new homes.
There are really great animals that have been at this shelter for a very long time. I really enjoy working with the staff and the other volunteers. The shelter does not receive any state or local funding so it totally depends on donations. There is a need for money to spay and neuter some of the animals and to keep the shelter going.

Since I have retired I decided to spend some time volunteering at the shelter but I find myself going there 5 or 6 days a week. I love the dogs and the people are so easy to work with.

I would love for the shelter to have more money for spaying and neutering the animals and I would love to have agility equipment for the dogs. Some of the animals have been severely abused and the confidence they could gain with this equipment would really help them.
