My Nonprofit Reviews

Review for Center for Science in the Public Interest, Washington, DC, USA
I cannot trust health information from any source that has advertising. It often involves possible conflict of interest. What I do want is a health information source that is free of advertising. I want a publication that is not under any influence of any advertiser. This information source would be able to tell about the latest research without any repercussions. There is a publication that that meets these needs. It is Nutrition Action Newsletter. A reader of Nutrition Action Newsletter knows that their own health is job one. Not the profit of some advertiser, or the publication itself. My sister got health information from a commercial publication. I said you cannot trust that. This publication can advertise food that is unhealthy and thereby you know the bottom line of the publication is job one not the reader’s health. My solution to this was to get her a gift subscription to Nutrition Action Newsletter.
