Review for International Social Club Of Warner Robins Ga, Centerville, GA, USA
Unfortunately this club does not meet any of the criteria’s for a non-profit organization. The elected officers from 2011 and prior fulfilled the duties honorably. Unfortunately the founders make changes that affect the club as a whole. For example, after our Coronation Ball and Dance the club would call a general meeting to balance the books and discuss the amount of money that would be provided to a needy organization. During the meeting the officers would discuss and the members would vote upon the amount the club would provide. After an amount would be tabled, seconded and passed, several days later the founder(s) would change the amount to a much lesser amount without the member’s notification. A blatant disregard of the general members wishes. This is one of many examples.
The new in-coming officers was not sworn in according to the bi-laws of this organization.
The founders provide the bi-laws to fit their needs or just disregargs them totally.
These are things I personnaly witnessed.
I do not recommend anyone gaining membership to such a club as this. I also do not know how they are able to keep their non-profit status.
