LALDEF is the most outstanding non-profit organization in Mercer County, NJ. Their HARD work had positively affected hundreds of people IN our community. They are amazing kind people, full of energy and strength looking for justice, equality and better quality of life for all. Maria Juega, is a pioneer… She has the heart, faith and wiliness to fight for us… the people. She is an excellent role model. I have learned a lot from her and I know that LALDEF can do even more if we keep supporting them and fighting with them…LALDEF, is a truth non-profit organization…and I’m proud to know that they really belong to our community. I would ask the State and Federal agencies to provide more funds to LALDEF.
