Review for Ashtabula County Animal Protective League, Ashtabula, OH, USA
Cudos to the ACAPL for all they do. Despite being perpetually overcrowded and understaffed, they do a wonderful job of saving animals and finding them homes. I just adopted another dog from them 2 months ago, and she is the light of my life. I am so glad that Lola/Gypsy saved me.

If I had to make changes to this organization, I would...
Their challenges are so numerous.Ashtabula is the largest and poorest county in OH, and this is the only shelter. They need more staff and volunteers for starters. I would also love to see them be able to have a larger newer facility.
Role: General Member of the Public & adopted an older black dog :).
