Review for The Humane Society of the United States, Washington, DC, USA
Less than 1% of the money HSUS collects actually goes to help real cats and dogs. Don't waste your money by giving it to HSUS. Give it to your local shelters, who need support helping the animals in your area that need it.

...I really don't know where I've seen results...there are few results... and the few results there are don't seem to be for anything good.
If I had to make changes to this organization, I would...
Spend money that it already has on actually saving animals instead of either killing animals, letting them die, or banning them from existing. (Banning them in captivity when they can't survive in the wild- meaning banning them from being able to exist.)
Role: Volunteer & Nothing for the HSUS- I volunteer at actual animal shelters and plan to spend my whole life working with animals.
