I thought it would be cool to try out a class in Tai chi. I thought I would take one class, have the experience and move on, as I have at other places. Once I took my first class, however, I was hooked

Zendo USA embodies it's stated values and mission. The organization cares deeply for the individual and their development. A focus on training the mind and body while learning to open the heart. Zendo USA had a powerful impact on the individuals served and community at large, providing guidance, leadership and consciousness. The organization and its leader was recognized numerous times by local educational and government organizations for their commitment to service and the wellbeing of those involved.

I watched the training and service provided by Zendo USA transform participants live's for the better. Those who came grew in their morals, strength and knowledge. I highly recommend involving oneself with this organization.

I have taken part in a Tai-Chi session that was offered at my work, by the The American Budddhist Sangha.
To be honest I was reluctant to go, as I am not a very physical person, by my coworkers insisted, so I caved under pier pressure. That turned out to be a good thing, because I really enjoyed the class and even if it does require a certain amount of physical activity (my foe) it not make me feel like I was out of breath. The most important aspect was the calming, relaxing effect that the class had on me, and I really needed that.
I would definetly recommend taking a class with Mike.
