In Voices Together I have found a wonderful group of very talented professionals who live their mission on a daily basis. We take for granted our ability to interact and vocalize our thoughts, dreams and feelings. We rarely consider those who are unable to voice these things. Voices Together helps those who can be invisible in the main stream find their voice. I have had the opportunity to attend their annual concert as well as music therapy sessions. So many times when people view people with disabilities, what they see is the disability. When you see someone whose voice is set free through the power of music, the visual disability disappears and you are able to see the beautiful soul that is that person. What a beautiful gift they give through their work.
