I farm the Pistachios just North of Valley Teen Ranch for the past 28 years, and have seen many boys come and go, I've enjoyed stopping and talking to them when they out walking or jogging along road 35, some of them I even ask why they were at Valley Teen, I will not go into the reasons they were sent there in the first place, but I will tell you that many of the boys came from places and homes that made it very differcult to succeed and not to get in trouble, and their time at Valley Team gives them a second chance, and time to put their past behind them, Clear their heads and look forward to a bright future, instead of a path of distruction and dead ends and misery, Thank God for Valley Teen and Connie and her staff, that are dedicated in making a difference in these young men's life
I volunteer with a non profit organization that raises money for the developmentally disabled. Valley Teen Ranch boys have been a huge help to us when we are setting up for our fund raisers. They are always willing to bring the boys & we are always so impressed with how courteous & responsive these boys are. The work this organization does to help put these young boys on the right track is amazing.
I now also do volunteer work for VTR & they are a delight to work for. They are always so well organized & helpful to us volunteers.
Finally, I am now becoming familiar with their fost-adopt program as my daughter & her husband are working with them to adopt a child or children of their own. The social workers have been wonderful to them & very helpful. We are so looking forward to adding to our family via the VTR fost adopt program
I am currently a foster kid to this wonderful agency. They have always beeen there when I've needed them. My social worker Ashley is the best. I'm just so glad I am with this agency. I have been a foster kid since I was three, so I've been through alot but Valley teen has always been there for me and I love them for that. THANKS! Christian Hamlin
