Each serves over 130,000 meals a year to children and elderly or ill adults per year with the objective of enabling children to go to school and malnourished adults to gain strength needed to return to work. A third Food for People facility is under development in Ghana and slated to open in 2011.

My wife and I have been donating to TPRF for over 10 years.
While there are other charities doing great work TPRF is one of the few that addresses all human needs including peace.

I am proud of being a regular TPRF's donor for many years now. This monthly contribution expresses my beliefs in helping others to realize that PEACE is an experience and the highest acquisition for finding our real nature, beyond a name, place of birth or anything else that pretends to define or represent me.
TPRF has been active, all over the World, with the Program FOOD FOR PEOPLE (supporting many people with essential meals for children, the access to clean water, the emergency reliefs during natural catastrophes and the Education programs teaching the importance of PEACE to countless of people.

My favorite charity and also the best in the way it is managed, and the way funds are distributed toward humanitarian, relief, and peace efforts, in countries all around the world.

I've been following this organization and its charitable acts for some time now, and I am so pleased with the respect and dignity with which they treat the people they are helping. Also, finding the best way to truly be of help, not just throwing money at the problems. They are my first choice for my charitable contribution dollars. Thank you, TPRF!

What I liked about this Foundation is the reach to remote places. Usually Organizations put in their efforts where the media attention can be achieved, but this organization I've seen; they go to places so remote, we don't even know exist! They've put in lots of efforts in my village Bantoli near Ranchi, which is nothing less than miracle for the village and the vicinity!

There are many great nonprofits which deserve our support My personal choice is TPRF As well as its humanitarian aid centered around key essentials such as clean water ,nutritious food and eye care it provides a inspiring message of peace regardless of race religion or lifestyle. Its Peace Education Programs designed to be used in a variety of organizations has recently nurtured the feeling of peace in many prison environments throughout the world. TPRF's core people are small in number but large in heart. This enables that the maximum amount of funds end up where the most good can be done. The Foundation chooses their partners wisely to facilitate aid as quickly as possible and to support self reliance and accountability amongst recipients. With great confidence I can recommend this Foundation to anyone wanting to make a difference.

Seeing smiling people's faces makes it real for me. TPRF keeps the dignity and humanity of those people by not making them a simple statistic. It also helps that I admire its founder, Prem Rawat and his relentless effort to bring message of peace to four corners of the world.

TPRF has become my charity of choice for a couple of reasons: One, the dedication to a concrete value for the programs they support and initiate. Two, because of the person who founded it, Prem Rawat, who has held a remarkable consistency of purpose to teach the value and preciousness of life and this passion permeates the whole of the foundation and all the people involved and I truly enjoy the results of their wonderful programs too.

Sharing is caring. In a world lacerated by greed and selfishness, the effort of TPRF, helping the needed around the globe, is greatly inspirational. Once I've heard to the true revolution will happen the day that every human being on this planet will have its basics needs covered. To me, this is a practical way to help make that possible.

I enjoy donating to the Prem Rawat Foundation. I recently contributed this year as i did last for the World Water Day. The Adventure Project partnered with the Prem Rawat Foundation to help raise money to provide clean drinking water to over 200,000 people in India. What is great about this program is it works to provide a sustainable solution to help bring clean drinking water to people and help them maintain there water wells. It is nice to see your money go for good, make a difference and get reports back on where your money goes. I look forward to more great projects with the The Prem Rawat Foundation

I appreciate the regular blog posts with the details of where my donations are going. There is a great need for accountability in this day and age and I am comforted to know that even my small donation is making a difference in others lives. Knowing that a certain dollar amount provided water for 100,000 people matters to me. I'm thanked via email for every donation I make which is also a plus. Making some small bit of difference matters and knowing the specifics of what is being provided to those in need on a global scale matters too.

I've watched with keen interest the work of TPRF and seen something different in the way they operate and their grass roots efforts to help people directly. This is the kind of non profit the world needs more of without layer after layer of administrative expenses and salaries chewing up the money that would otherwise go toward people that really need it.

A different Foundation whose aims are: bringing trusting new humanitarian actions who with intelligence are bringing a real movement of change in different regions in need of the world like countryside India, Ghana, Nepal and so on. Food for People is one of the really intelligent projects together with offering free ophthalmic help to people in need of eyeglasses in India. I, as a medical doctor, I appreciate and contribute to the Foundation goals and I can witness its goodness because I sow myself, with my eyes, one of the successful achievement of the Foundation: Bantoli Food for People. This Foundation and its actions are something to know, to investigate, and to study because of the great ideas which are involved within it.

I am deeply grateful that a non-profit organisation like The Prem Rawat Foundation exists. Founded in 2001, with the highest standards of transparency and accountability, dedicated to helping those in most need and most neglected, victims of natural disasters and other circumstances beyond their control, I have been closely following the work of this organisation. And I am filled with admiration for the intelligence, integrity, practicality, innovation, simplicity, quality, respect, commitment - the list could go on and on - of TPRF www.tprf.org

At its core is the understanding and respect for fundamental human needs, and the ongoing effort to meet and fulfill those needs. I have lost count of the many humanitarian initiatives completed since its inception. Some of them providing ongoing daily vital support of food and water. For example, the Food for People facilities in Northern India and Nepal which has now been operating for several years, with a new facility presently under construction in Ghana.

TPRF keeps in close communication with its supporters through regular reports, videos, photographs, blogs, and I have never before felt so deeply moved and enriched in heart, soul, spirit, by what I see, read, and feel through these communications.

Thanks to The Prem Rawat Foundation (TPRF), I feel absolute certainty that whatever I contribute is put to the best possible use in the best possible way. Nothing is wasted, nothing is lost. This certainty is very precious to me, in a world of uncertainties. I deeply value the honour and integrity that makes this certainty possible.

This is my charity of choice when donating to ease the suffering of people around the world. I know Prem Rawat travels extensively around the world and regularly visits the areas his charity targets. I also trust this charity to research worthy programs and execute them diligently. And what is always nice when giving to charity is to see a very large percentage of the donation actually going to the program rather than 'overheads', which this largely volunteer-run charity can afford to do.

A year ago I was involved in efforts to raise funds for TPRF's third "Food for People" initiative. After considerable research, a location in Ghana was selected and a new facility will be constructed next year. Rather than a one-off donation of food, these permanent facilities provide on-going food aid to some of the most disadvantaged people on the planet. They are instrumental in lifting entire communities out of the poverty cycle, and they provide a model for future global initiatives to alleviate poverty in third world countries. Charity Navigator has awarded TPRF a 5 star (highest) rating. http://www.tprf.org

Giving for others from your personal recources is so pleasant every time you do it because it directly connects you to the very spot inside where the joy and freedom reigns. Feel deep respect for a person like Mr. Rawat whose Tprf sends our pennies where they are mostly needed thus making us and the receivers bloom. j.lundstrom
