Richardson Rescue is an amazing organization. I have had a relationship with the organization for the last 3 years. I have adopted 4 amazing cuties from Richardson. They are in contact with me to follow up on how our pups are doing and have been available for any questions or concerns. They do their very best to help any animal at the rescue or elsewhere find a great home. I consider the team at Richardson to be an extension of my family. Please support this wonderful and loving organization.

Richardsonrescue Thanks so much Catherine. Our "fur babies" could not have found a better mommy. The pictures say it all. They are so photogenic and love, love the poses!

We had applied at other rescues in the same day because we have a 15 year old dog and a 4 year old dog. Knowing the 15 year old isn't as active as she once was, the 4 year old needed a playful companion. We looked at three dogs on three different rescue websites, but Richardson Rescue was the first to respond to us, and the dog they had was one we really wanted to meet.

We set up a meeting with the dog today, and asked if we could bring our two dogs with us to see if they got along. They had absolutely no issue with that. In fact, after a while we stepped out of the building and they allowed that to see how the dogs acted alone. It was fine with them. They were very nice people there and they knew a lot about the dog. They seemed to really care about animals and the one we adopted in particular as they asked a couple times for us to email them about her and to please send pictures.

The only downfall of the rescue is that you need to definitely follow the directions on their website. For about a mile there is a gravel road, and do drive slow as there are some holes in the road. Other than that it was smooth sailing and all the animals at the rescue seem to be very well taken care of. I would recommend this rescue to anybody wanting a new edition to their home. We adopted Dixie today, a 2 year old dachshund/cocker spaniel mix, and she seems to be adjusting just fine already and we got her this morning and it's now evening. Highly recommend this rescue!!!

Thank you so much! It was great to meet both of you, and we look forward to hearing about Dixie's new adventures for many years to come.

We adopted a dog from Richardson Rescue last weekend. We were impressed by the facility and the animals looked like they were all well cared for. We submitted an application and were approved to come and select our dog the next day. The staff were friendly and helpful and I would adopt from them again.

I just love Richardson Rescue and all they do for this community and the animals that need them! Our family has adopted a cat and a dog from them and they both were in excellent health and so loved and well cared for when we got them. They treat the animals in their care with such love and compassion! I follow all their stories on FB and I wish I could adopt them all! Thank you, Richardson for taking care of these babies until they find forever homes and thank you for my beautiful darling Lula who has made my life so much better happier! I am forever in your debt!

We adopted one of our kitties from them and I was impressed with how thorough the adoption process was. It made me feel good to know that all of the adoptions are assured a great home! They also helped pay for my dog to get fixed and being on a limited disability income...that was a huge help! People don't want to give up their animals when situations change and money gets tight. They are fantastic and wonderful in every way and I will always brag on them and appreciate what they have done for me!

This is an absolutely wonderful organization. They are so compassionate and take in so many animals in need. You can tell how much they love each and everyone by looking at their Facebook page. And they love to stay in touch with the animals and their families even years after the adoption took place. We got our chocolate lab there when he was four and a half months old. He is almost 4 now. And they still love to hear all about his escapades which are many! We make regular donations because we love them so much. Thank you Richardson rescue!

My family just adopted a very sweet Pomeranian saved from a puppy mill by Richardson Rescue and I cannot say enough positives about the way we have been treated and also about the way they care for animals there. The facility is amazing and the staff are very well trained and caring with the animals. We have been so impressed that we are now in process of adopting another rescued Pomeranian from them. I would recommend them to anyone considering adopting a dog.

We have adopted twice from Richardson Rescue, and we have three rescues, (dogs) total. Richardson is one of the best, certainly most caring pet rescue groups we've ever dealt with. They know and love their animals, taking care to make the perfect match for the animal and the adopter. They do not take the process lightly, wanting each and every adoption to be a success. When on the rare occasion that it is not, they take back the animal, loving and caring for it until the right person does come along. We will always support Richardson Rescue and our future adoptions will come from them!

We have adopted two dogs from Richardson Rescue and they are the absolute best! Janet is such a devoted, skilled and compassionate animal advocate. Her organization is run with 100% attention to her animals ... insuring their safety, cleanliness & above all, making sure when they are adopted they are all placed in forever, loving homes. She is truly an angel and if we had more rescue organizations of the high caliber & standards shown by Richardson Rescue, we would be well on our way to stopping the misery that homeless pets endure.
