We at Tinta Vital, a Mexican start-up company, began collaborating with PCI Media Impact only recently, as of January 2017, specifically for the production of a comic book for the #NatureForAll campaign. Although our collaboration is very new, from the very start we have gotten a clear sense of partnership with PCI Media Impact. This is translating for us into a team-like feeling, as if it were PCI's decided intention to also create success stories by bolstering the strengths and capacities of its partners. I bet that, if I were a small, well-meaning company in a remote community of a very poor country, partnering with PCI Media Impact would empower my company's efforts towards making the urgently needed social changes for a better world. - Beatriz Padilla, CEO
PCI Media Impact values story, believes in collaboration, and isn't afraid of taking on challenging subjects. Spending time working with their team on a campaign has been an incredible learning experience. I saw first hand how much passion they have for stories that can cultivate positive change in the world. What shined the most was the teams openness. They rarely say "no", and are committed to making sure everyone who is a part of a project contributes and has their voice reflected in a final product. And, those products address difficult and complicated subjects. The lessons I have learned from the team will continue to shape me as a person. They are a special group to work with.
The highly professional, well targeted stories prepared by PCI Media Impact are valuable, attractive resources for my courses, trainings almost all of the fields of sustainable development. PCI is amplifying the strength of storytelling by message-tailored format and design that my students, trainees and partners highly appreciate. If you want your story to articulate properly and spread around the world I recommend to contact this ambitious and mindful team.
We had the opportunity to meet PCI's Executive Director, Sean Southey, this last year and directly observe his, and his team's, passion and commitment to their work. It was impressive and inspiring and to see their level of expertise in creating and implementing a complete branding brand package for the IUCN's Nature For All program. Cheers to PCI Media Impact, and all that they do to make the world a better place through their unique nonprofit-niche.
I have wonderful experiences sharing experiences and working together with PCI Media Impact since 2010 and recently on the incredible movement together 'NatureForAll' during the IUCN's World Conservation Congress in Honolulu. It was the best pavilion and best place to be in the Exhibition hall. They are first of all form a great team with huge entusiasm and use the powerful tool 'creative storytelling that really change people's life and their attitude towards sustainable development. PCI Media Impact is one my favourite partner when it comes to communication and outreach!
With their great energy, expertise and ambition, PCI Media Impact produces excellent results! Working with their team was not only professionally enriching, it was also a lot of fun.
Heart. Substance. Experience. Dedication. Proven success. This is how I would describe the people and the work of PCI-Media Impact. They work tirelessly with a relentless attention to the smallest details, always ensuring the story they tell is supported by research and serving to educate and heal their intended audience. Their groundbreaking work on #ISurvivedEbola saved thousands of lives and calmed a nation. This campaign delicately honored those suffering and lost, while it artfully empowered and gave hope to the living. Storytelling at its BEST!
PCI Media Impact is an outstanding organization deepening the insights of intrinsic value of nature and natural resources integrating school children and connecting people to the nature protection through media campaign. Establishing link between East West creates long term sustainability of our mother earth, the planet.
Over the past few years I have been so fortunate as to work with PCI Media Impact in conjunction with Foncet, a conservation foundation that protects the El Triunfo Reserve in Chiapas, Mexico. PCI Media Impact has been a huge resource for bringing awareness to the public about this reserve and other environmental and social issues through their involvement in radio and supporting a theater play created for educating children through entertainment.
The employees at PCI are always a pleasure to work with and are very enthusiastic about what they do. Their passion for getting involved in world-changing projects is what makes them such an important group of people who are always looking to improve communities around the world and create sustainable templates for future growth.
I look forward to working with them more in the future and am excited to see what projects they have in store for this coming year. Their dedication to each of their projects is apparent through each one's success and I am sure they will continue to be an important presence within non-profit organizations.
In 2008, when I retired from UNICEF, PCI Media Impact asked me to fill in as interim Director of Programs. Over the next 10 months I witnessed first-hand what a wonderful organization it is, despite the fact that it had fallen on hard times. Since I left, it has been remarkable to witness the organization's rapid turn-around. New, dynamic leadership and wise guidance on the part of its board have combined to grow PCI Media Impact into a truly global organization that uses innovative Entertainment Education and Communication for Development methodologies to make the world a better place. Their model is rights-based, participatory, respectful of people's dignity and culture, and relies on evidence to measure results, across an array of burning issues at the core of the Sustainable Development Agenda. They have gained the trust of communities and donors, harnessed new and traditional media to promote justice and social change. My communication consulting company is proud to partner with CEO Sean Southey and his team and would recommend them to organizations and governments seeking to make a difference for people and planet. -- Robert Cohen, Director, Rain Barrel Communications LLC
