Mission: Mission Statement: "Providing Excellence in Education and Charitable Surgical Care".Historically, the Pacific Clinical Research Foundation was founded by Dr Moses in order to provide clinical research and education of his advanced maxillofacial surgical techniques and to develop "outcome-based results" publications which significantly changed patient management and insurance reimbursments. Monies generated by symposiums and consultations were channeled into charitable mission clinics as well as international fellowships and education.
