(English below) Para mí, el ministerio es una luz en el medio de la oscuridad, es una esperanza para nosotros para completar nuestros deseos y sueños. Es una gran bendición y una gran oportunidad para nosotros para cambiar nuestras vidas. For me the ministry is a light in the middle of darkness, a hope for us to complete our desires and dreams. It is a great blessing and opportunity for us to change our lives.
John and Judi are two of the most devoted people I've ever met. Making a difference for the girls in Guatemala by getting them off the streets, and meeting their educational, spiritual, and physical needs!
We know when we contribute to One Hope Ministries NFP that our donation will be used to help young girls in Guatemala that would be otherwise have no access to education or anyway to rise above their families poverty existence. John and Judy have given up so much because of their love for the people of Guatemala. They are trustworthy, hardworking, sacrificial and are doing all that God has called them to do.
One Hope Ministries reaches at-risk girls in Guatemala. It is wonderful to be part of this ministries and see how Judy and John give girls a home, education, health care and most of all hope. They teach these girls how to break the pattern of poverty and help them to see that God loves them and cares for them.
John and July Prim left their home, their friends and their adult children and 2 grandchildren to go to Guatemala and start a girls home that is so desperately needed in that country, what they have accomplished is amazing, girls are educated they learn how to take care of themselves they find jobs and they learn how to take care of finances. This is a real plus for the women that come out of this ministry because so many of them live in poverty. Our prayer would be that they can just continue to keep helping more women and that the ministry might be able to grow.
On any given day Susan and I will receive six to eight requests for funds. Some from good causes, some from not so good causes. To very few of these will we respond. With One Hope Ministries we have no such reservations. We have seen the work that they do, and we have spent enough time in Guatemala to know the need for what they are doing. The education of young women is a key component of future prosperity and hope for countries like Guatemala. Larry & Susan Scott
John and Judy Prim responded to God's call to minister to the young girls in Guatemala to help them get an education and learn about Jesus and God's love so that future generations can be counted for His glory. John and Judy had homeschooled their own children and were well prepared to mentor other children's education. It was difficult for them to leave their own grown children in the states and work at One Hope Ministries, but they selflessly sacrificed that desire for their stronger desire to serve the Lord. Judy has great teaching and organizational skills and John is an excellent carpenter and handy-man. Together they make a great team. They love their work with the girls and strongly desire to impact more lives for Jesus.
This organization works hard to spread God's love to the girls and it does impact their families as well.
This ministry is so essential for Guatemala!!! This ministry gives such hope and love to young girls. Without this ministry the selected girls may never get to further experience school and be taught about God's love for them and their families!! This further education gives the girls a bright new future to fight the odds against them in such a poverty stricken country. The ministry founders have such compassion and love for these girls!! The One Hope founder's are extremely dedicated to their ministry. They bring hope to these girls! So please choose One Hope Ministry. For some girl's its their only hope for a better future.

One Hope plans for the future of our world by enabling the less fortunate to have an education to positively impact their future generations and their global "village".
