I went back to school 17 yrs. after high school. I feared of going to class and being sorrounded by students almost half my age. This was not the case. The staff truly does care about us individually, and go out of there way to ensure a great educational experience. Last semester I had to leave town for a family emergency the week before finals. All of my instructors went way above the call of duty and not only allowed me to make up my work, but helped me along and answered all of my questions and concerns. I recommend Northwest State to anyone and everyone who needs to improve their situation or get an edge in today's employment environment.

I am a student at NSCC and this money would be put to good use. NSCC needs more room for their students to sit and study!

Northwest State has made a dramatic improvement in my life. They have allowed me to stay a full time employee and a full time mother of two, by their branching colleges. If it wasn't for them I probably would never have been able to achieve so much. My family is proud of me for furthering my education. I am so glad their our smaller community colleges in my area that can offer so much!

It has been 20 years since I have attended school. I was scared to go to college, feeling like I would be lost and not fit in. Northwest State community college has made me feel very comfortable. The Instructors are very nice and helpful, and the students are pleasent also. I am glad I chose NSCC.

Northwest State is been a great improvement in my life. Before starting school I just sat at home. My life change at home and I need to get employment. I haven't been to school in a very long time, and was scared about going back to school. Here at Northwest I feel like I belong.

NWSCC is a great college. I have been a student part time for the last four years. Flexible classes on weekends and nights was very helpful while trying to work. The personnel as always are very helpful when help is needed with classwork and especially the help received in the math and writing help labs. Overall I think the college is a great place to receive a degree, I am glad I choose NWSCC

I have been so blessed to be able to attend Northwest State College. I m so grateful to be apart of the college. I have so many oppertunities here my goal is to finish in the nursing program the greatest thing is I don't have to transfer, because they are building a whole new nursing area. I cannot stress enough how wonderful it has been to attend a college where they want to see each and everyone suceed in their goals, and are willing to help with anything that they can. Afer being out of school for so many years I need some help every now and then thank you Northwest State for every thing.

After being out of school for 12 years Northwest State Community College made the transistion very painless. The school and faculty are very flexible and understanding with students that work full time and have families. I highly recommend NSCC to everyone whether right out of high school or not. I am currently working on my third program at the school - it's that easy!

Northwest State was one of the easiest colleges to review and enter. Their processes for new student are thorough and their welcoming programs are outstanding in helping the new student become familiar with the campus, departments and student associations. The staff in all areas are open and willing to help the student decide their direction of education with them. They not only help the student for their own college, but also help the student in deciding where the best next step could be for them. Each semester the representatives of area four year colleges come to the campus for the student to ask questions and compare the programs offered. Love this College!

I love taking classes at NSCC. I didn't know how well I would fit in since I am not so social, but I have met so many great people. All of my teachers have been so nice and willing to help with anything. The teachers are understanding of how hard college is. They do everything possible to help. The tutors are amazing also. When I had a tutor, she helped me so much with learning and remembering things!

At 42 years old I finally decided to return to school and earn a degree. Everyone at Northwest state has been extremely helpful in making this transition an easy one. One Instructor in particular, Brenda Davis, reminded me exactly how rewarding learning can be. Her instruction and guidance has been truely appreciated. I know now that I should have made this decision along time ago and urge anyone who is thinking of going back to school to do so.

I have been attending NWSCC for for about a year. I also took classes while I was in high school. I have had a great time with all the fun activities on campus and the great staff. The atmosphere is great and I think that this new building they are adding is only going to increase the possibilities they can offer students.
