For the past eight years my wife and I have been involved in one way or another with New Hope Charities. The dedication, love and the devotion of the staff and volunteers towards the children and their families makes us want to do more for the organization.
New Hope Foundation is an amazing non profit organization focusing on not only the basic needs but the overall needs of all children and families. I am honored to say that they have exceeded the expectations of everyone that has come across them. They devote 100% of their time to these families. They are always planning and researching new ideas in order to continue to give to these families. I have volunteered for New Hope Foundation on many occasions and am proud to say that they achieve what many may think is the impossible. With the faith and leadership they have they are going to make changes worldwide.
A great group of caring, motivated individuals who give of themselves to help others. I am priviliged to be part of this family.
What New Hope Foundation does for the many children and families of the Glades by providing the basic and vital services needed such as day care, camp, education, food, etc to one of the poorest city in the US is unbelievable. I will continue to support New Hope for years to come.
As a huge believer on helping others but at the same time skeptic, since there is so many foundations that are created for business. I found New Hope Charities, when I moved to Florida. I was able to interact with employees and volunteers, it was a great experience to see how this Organization was filled with joy by helping these kids in need. It is gratifying to know there is still people that care in this world. But don't take my word for it. Go out there, and meet them. Feel what I felt, when you see a young boy/girl saying Thank You with much more than words, saying Thank You with his smile, with his shinny eyes and a hug as well, by just receiving simple things as school supplies. I am proud to say, I am now a Volunteer for New Hope Charities. This is one of those things you have to be there and experience on your own, so you can understand what it feels like.
When I was first asked to assist this organization with a fund raiser I didn't think much about it. One non-profit is much like another, trying to do good. What a surprise I had. New Hope is fabulous. when the whole world focused on New Orleans after Katrina no one even knew that Pahokee & Belle Glades Florida had been suffering far worst for years after being hit by 5 hurricanes in 2 years. New Hope had been there before offering, children's programs for reading, after school care, health clincs for women and children, Holiday toy give away, and so much more. The families and children of Pahokee are very poor, other than sugar cane farming there is little to no industry. Sugar Cane farming has become more mechanized therefore there are less jobs. without New Hope many of these people might go hungry, have no medical care, the children would not finish or even go to school. Yes there is Hope in Pahokee because of NEW HOPE.
As soom as I learn what New Hope Charities does with the children and families of the Western Palm Beach County, I felt in love with it. I am convinced that they are doing a great job helping those in need. It is very obvious the dedication, honesty, professionalism and willingness of the staff at New Hope to raise money to help the poor.
