This service is horrible. I've been trying to donate my child's stuff for the third time. The initial first time I was told to have my stuff out by 8AM. I waited all day until I impatiently said let me drop it in a drop off box instead. Then they finally came around 6PM/7PM. The second time I attempt to have something picked up my delivery driver wasn't fluent in English and couldn't communicate with me. Then they never showed up or attempt to have someone else take care of my concerns. Since you don't understand your client you should still ensure their needs be met. DUMMY. This third time they just didn't show let alone call
Beware of them. These people are impersonating other institutions to steal their donations. I made an appointment with another institution, and they came before the people I was expecting did, the driver claimed to be working for the institution I've intended to donate to, probably after seeing the flyer on my donation bags and wrongfully took what was for someone else. Little do they know that I have their faces, their truck and license plate on tape from my security camera and I will be filling a report. Their questionable practices makes me wonder who these people really are
IF I COULD GIVE THEM "NO STARS" I WOULD! THIS IS THE "WORST DONATION ORGANIZATION". NO ONE SHOULD "EVER" DONATE TO THIS ORGANIZATION......THEY SHOULD BE DISBANDED! I WAITED A "WHOLE DAY" AND CONFIRMED MY APPOINTMENT SEVERAL TIMES AND THEY DIDN'T EVEN HAVE THE "DECENCY" TO CALL ME IF THERE WAS A PROBLEM..........I WASTED A DAY OF MY LIFE TO WAIT FOR THESE INCOMPETENT PEOPLE!...........NEVER AGAIN!!!!
DON'T EVER DONATE ANYTHING WITH THESE PEOPLE AND I HOPE THEY GO OUT OF BUSINESS. THEY ARE DISGRACE! I JUST FEEL BADLY FOR THE PEOPLE THAT COULD USE THESE DONATED ITEMS, MANY OF WHICH ARE "BRAND NEW"...........THEY ARE THE ONES THAT SUFFER!!!!.................GO OUT OF BUSINESS!!!!!
I placed out the package of clothes I wanted to donate to them early in the morning on the day they were supposed to pick it up but it NEVER happened, no one came!! TERRIBLE experience, NOT recommended!
